=> You fully understand that we are NOT a professional medical, legal, or financial advisor and that the information we provide is strictly to inspire you to see new possibilities. Any decision you make based on the information received and any actions you take, are through your own free will, therefore your responsibility, as are the consequences that result.
=> You understand that this is a service and not a product; an experience not a result. You are paying for an individualized experience: where the information and tools prepared meet your specific needs, culled from my experience, knowledge and skill gained through continuous training and study; as well as the time that I have dedicated to prepare your unique session, the time we are together and the time needed for any follow-up required.
=> Once you have used our service. there is nothing to “return” and no refund*. We have exchanged energies in good faith. So if you are just curious or want a sample, this is not the right venue. But if this is what you truly want, it will be my pleasure help you address your concerns.
Private Consultations
=> All readings are in real time (phone, web or in person) and can be recorded by mutual agreement. You can ask for clarification of the session within 24 hours. To keep my sanity, I develop “amnesia” after that. Asking questions that go beyond the scope of the reading are new questions and entail a new reading)
=> Readings must be paid beforehand through cash or e-transfers. No personal checks. Confirmation and booking arrangements will sent via email.
=> A 48-hour advance notice is required if it is necessary to cancel or reschedule. We are all busy and juggling time can be problematic. So please, avoid this hassle.
=> *If you have to cancel (48-hours prior to your appointment) you will be refunded 50% of the cost of the reading.
=> *If you are late – You paid for an experience and not a time segment. But, because we need to organize and schedule our “experiences”, there will necessarily be time slots and others waiting for their turn. So we cannot go past our agreed time. Sorry, you would not like to be the next in line waiting! And since you did receive the service and experience you paid for, there is no refund or rescheduling of this session.
=> *No show (even with excuses) indicates your lack of respect for my time and yours. I come prepared and have dedicated this time slot for you. I have not only wasted valuable prep time but I cannot book another client. The result for you? You are out the cost of the reading (no refund) and will never be re-booked with me!
=> Every session is a private conversation and to keep it so, there cannot be a third person present. A three-way conversation is NOT private and inhibits you as well.
=> Please read our Code of Ethics and Privacy Policy to understand how we “use” the personal information you have provided and what parameters we use to determine our services.
Classes and Workshops
=> All classes and workshops are paid in advance. Depending on the venue, they are paid to the “host” or to us. Remember that they do depend on meeting the minimum requirement of participants.
=> They are paid beforehand through cash or e-transfer. No personal checks
=> Under a case-by-case review, if you cannot continue the series because of documented emergency, a partial refund will be granted.
=> No shows forfeit the fees of the classes, workshops or courses you registered for since you took up space of an aspiring attendee that was refused because there was no room. Nor can it be used as “credit” for a following session.
=> All materials shared are under copyright and cannot be shared unless otherwise stated. Please respect the work and intellectual property of the creators.
=> Be respectful of others in the this shared experience. Coming in late shows a lack of consideration for everyone else. Yes, there are extenuating circumstances. Apologies help. But repeating behaviours are YOUR issues. Deal with them.
Events and Parties
=> All aspects, terms and conditions of the event are to be discussed and clarified well ahead of the planned dates and a mutual written document shall be drawn up.
=> Confirmation of dates and conditions require a deposit of 50% with the remainder to be paid immediately following the event. Payment is through cash or e-transfer.
=> 48-hour advance notice is required if it is necessary to cancel this event. Otherwise the deposit will be forfeit.
=> Travel, extending hours without prior agreement and events finishing after midnight will be cause for rate increases.
